Nos Privati is a private place to post for people you approve. These terms are the agreement for using nosprivati.com. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.
Who can join
You must be 18 or older. Signup is invite only. You are responsible for an invite you send, including a friend invite that connects both accounts.
Your account
There is no password and no email on the account. You sign in with an authenticator app, a one-time backup code, or a passkey you add. Backup codes work once. If you lose the authenticator and every unused backup code, and you have no working passkey, the account cannot be recovered. That is intentional.
Your posts
You keep ownership of what you post. You give Nos Privati permission to store it and show it to you and to followers you have approved, for as long as it stays on the service. A reply is shown to the same people who can see that post. Delete a post or a reply when you want it removed. Deleting a post removes its replies. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
Your circle
A follow stays pending until you approve it. Until then, that person can see your name and bio, not your posts, photos, replies, links, or payment details. Unfollowing, or removing a follower, hides your posts from them. A friend invite approves that connection in both directions when they finish signup.
Payment details
Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and wallet addresses are optional and shown only to approved followers. A circulus fee is paid in crypto to the owner’s wallet. Nos Privati does not hold that money. Access ends when a renewal is not seen. Nos Privati does not send, hold, or convert money, and it does not check that an address is yours. You are responsible for what you publish and for payments you make.
Rules
Follow the community guidelines. We may remove a post or close an account that breaks them. There is no advertising and no public explore.
The service
Nos Privati is provided as available. It can change or stop. It is not a bank, a payment processor, or an anonymous network. Nothing here is a promise that a post can never be copied by someone you approved.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nos Privati is not liable for lost access to an account, for a payment you make using details someone shared, or for what a member posts. Some places do not allow certain limits, and those limits apply only as far as they may.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the update. Questions and notices go to legal@nosprivati.com.
