What to include

• Your name and an email or postal address we can use to reply.
• A description of the work, and where it appears on Nos Privati (the username and enough detail to find the post).
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or you are allowed to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

A complete notice is reviewed and the material may be removed. We may tell the member who posted it. If they believe the notice was wrong, they can send a counter notice to the same address with their name, contact details, the material that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake. Repeat posting of infringing material can close the account.

Other people’s work

The Nos Privati name, wordmark, and shield are not yours to redraw or reuse as your own mark. Your posts stay yours, as described in the terms.
